A black comedy-thriller full of twists and turns, “Bitter Sweet Hell” starred Kim Hee Sun as family psychiatrist Noh Young Won, who teamed up with her mother-in-law, mystery novelist Hong Sa Gang (Lee Hye Young), to protect their family from an anonymous blackmailer. Kim Hee Sun remarked, “‘Bitter Sweet Hell’ was a truly meaningful project for me.
