Recipe instructions in a blender
Here is exactly how to make cabbage juice. We do the same method as Beet Juice and Carrot Juice by blending then using a nut bag to strain the pulp.
Step 1-2 (image 1): Prepare the cabbage and cut it down and wash and dice the apple. Peel the lemon and ginger and leave the cucumber with the skin on but cut ends. Add to the blender and blend until smooth.
Step 3 (image 2): Use a nut bag and strain over a large bowl to separate the pulp and fibers from the liquid. Serve chilled in a glass and enjoy!
Tip
Blend the ingredients in increments so that it blends easily. Blend half of the cabbage and apple and then add the other half after it juices into a liquid. This recipe lasts up to 4 days in a sealed container in the fridge but is best consumed right away. Shake well if settlement occurs before drinking.
Recipe instructions in a juicer
Rinse and prepare the fruits and vegetables. You can put the whole apple and lemon in a juicer as the juicer separates it. Add to a juicer and pour into a glass. Serve over ice or chill first and enjoy.

1. Weight loss - Cabbage juice is low in calories and its fiber content may help promote a feeling of fullness.

3. Clear skin and health - The antioxidants in cabbage juice, such as vitamin C and beta-carotene, can promote healthy skin by protecting against oxidative stress and supporting collagen production.
4. Rich in nutrients - Cabbage is rich in vitamin K, vitamin C, vitamin B6, folate, and manganese.

Is it safe to drink raw cabbage juice?
Cabbage is safe to drink raw, fermented, steamed, sauteed, and even roasted. Just make sure to rinse it well first and soak the cabbage in water to remove any bugs and debris. It is also best to use organic cabbage to avoid pesticides and chemicals.
Does drinking cabbage juice have side effects?
Some of the compounds in cabbage made cause gas and bloating to the stomach as it interacts with gut bacteria. It always best to drink plenty of extra water to help.
How long can cabbage juice last in the fridge?
Store your fresh homemade Cabbage Juice in the refrigerator in a sealed jar and consume within 1-2 days for maximum potency but it will last for up to 4 days. The longer it sets then the nutrients decrease so it is best to drink fresh pressed juices as soon as possible. Shake well if settlement occurs before drinking.
Conclusion
It's important to consider that while cabbage juice offers potential health benefits, it should be consumed as part of a balanced diet.
Additionally, individual responses to cabbage juice may vary, and as I am not a doctor my advice is to consult with a healthcare professional, especially if you have any underlying health conditions or are taking medications. If you're considering incorporating cabbage juice into your diet, start with small amounts and observe how your body responds.
